High strength bolts

The high-strength bolts provided by LYEF refer to bolts that can bear large loads. The diameter of the bolt is from M10mm to M60mm. There are two main structures: Hex head bolts and Stud bolts. The strength grades are 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9. The materials used are steel 45, boron steel 40, manganese titanium boron steel 20, 35CrMoA, 42CrMo and etc. These bolts have the characteristics of simple construction, good mechanical performance, disassembly, fatigue resistance, and no loosening under dynamic loads. They are widely used in the fastening connection of slewing bearings for large lifting machinery, including port crane slewing bearings, mounting bolts for slewing bearings etc.

Product introduction
Since high-strength bolts need to apply pre-tension force and transmit external force by friction, the pre-tightening force required for each specification of bolts is specified. For details, please consult the LYEF technical department.
The specifications of the mounting bolts and their pre-tightening force of the slewing bearing of the commonly used marine cranes and offshore cranes are as follows.
